We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. To request a refund, contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Return shipping is not required for refund eligibility.
Each TheraPulse 360 unit is covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
TheraPulse Health Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
